Thomas James is a private practice attorney in Cokato, Minnesota at the Tom James Law Office. His practice currently is limited to trademarks and copyrights. He is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and the United States Supreme Court.

Recently, attorney Tom James has begun providing continuing legal education courses to attorneys through EchionCLE. He also enjoys speaking to groups of business and law students. Recnetly, he took part in Twin Cities Startup Week, presenting a talk on "Protecting Trademarks and Names" to new business owners and people who are still in the planning stages of starting a new business.
